Nico Osteria is proud to announce a 'takeover' by Chef Gabrielle Hamilton of NYC's Prune Restaurant on Tuesday, May 2nd! The highly anticipated pop up event will celebrate & recognize the 2017 James Beard Foundation Award Ceremony taking place on May 1st at the Lyric Opera House.
Both Gabrielle Hamilton of Prune and Erling Wu-Bower of Nico Osteria are finalists this year for receiving a JBF Award. Hamilton is nominated for Outstanding Chef while Wu-Bower is for Best Chef: Great Lakes.
In true takeover form, Nico will offer a selection of Gabrielle and Prune's signature dishes a la carte for the evening, including Whole-Roasted Breast of Veal, Cacio e Pepe and Gabrielle's classic Gin & Tonic.
