We are sad to close Nico and want to thank the many wonderful guests that frequented the restaurant located in the Thompson Chicago over the years! Exciting things are happening at Thompson Chicago! The hotel is partnering with Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants to take over food and beverage operations at the hotel. Over the next few months, the restaurant will undergo a major renovation to create a new exciting upscale venue over two floors.
During renovations, food and beverage offerings will be limited to in-room dining for breakfast, and a convenient Grab ‘n Go concept in the lobby.
